Wash in lukewarm soapy water, rinse in cold water.
Do not put in dishwasher* or microwave oven.**
Do not freeze.
*(Oh, yes, we have received a lot that have gone through the dishwasher
and yes, we have been able to save most!)
**(Microwaves are a different story... as is leaving your mug somewhere...)
